Hi!  I’m Lindsay and I’m so glad you’re here.

In this world where we seem to be both accessible 24/7 yet increasingly disconnected, it is my utmost goal to create a safe and nurturing space where true human connection is valued and cultivated.  With a compassionate heart and a listening ear, I strive to foster a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each person I work with.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, coping with challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Here you will find an opportunity to tap into your strengths, wisdom, and resilience to overcome obstacles and build a more fulfilling life. My goal is not only to help you navigate the present moment but also to equip you with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in the future. We will work collaboratively to learn and implement evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy strategies through an emotion focused lens. I can’t wait to get started!

“People start to heal the moment they feel heard.”
